- Device identifier: used solely to prevent duplicate view counts
- Messages: text sent during therapist chat sessions

3. Third-Party Services
Video therapy sessions are powered by Jitsi Meet. During a video call, call data is processed by Jitsi's infrastructure. We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or any other third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on secured servers. Local data (preferences, cached content) is stored on your device only.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at chimwevinkhumbo@gmail.com. We will action your request within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
Nyali App is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
